Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, offering our customers the freshest apples directly to their doorsteps.
  • Orders are meticulously processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of a significant influx of orders, processing times may extend slightly. Should any delay occur, customers will be promptly informed via email or telephone.
  • Apple Blossom Farms reserves the unilateral right to cancel orders under circumstances such as pricing discrepancies, suspicions of fraud, or inventory shortages. Affected customers will be immediately notified of any order cancellation.
  • Responsibility for the accuracy of order details during processing and shipping lies with Apple Blossom Farms. Customers must ensure the provision of precise information at the time of order. Any discrepancies in order contents must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout, with delivery times varying based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Although we employ reputable carriers for all shipments, the option to select a specific carrier is currently not available to customers.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • A shipment confirmation email, including tracking number(s), will be sent upon dispatch of your order. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of shipment.
  • In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a complimentary replacement, subject to the provision of satisfactory evidence of the damage incurred during shipping. Apple Blossom Farms will determine the eligibility for refunds for damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
  • Lost packages must be reported within 5 days of the anticipated delivery date. Apple Blossom Farms commits to replacing lost packages promptly upon verification of non-delivery, with replacement being the exclusive remedy. Refunds for lost packages are at the discretion of Apple Blossom Farms.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Customers are solely responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes applied to their orders. Apple Blossom Farms assumes no liability for any charges incurred during or after shipping.

Returns Policy

  • In line with our dedication to customer satisfaction, Apple Blossom Farms may utilize the terms of this guarantee for promotional purposes. Purchasing from us grants us permission to share your positive product experiences in our marketing efforts, with a commitment to safeguarding your privacy and personal data.

Return Eligibility:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, apples and other perishable goods are ineligible for return unless deemed defective. Customers bear the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  • The terms of this guarantee are subject to change at the discretion of Apple Blossom Farms. Any modifications will be communicated to registered customers via email and updated on our website. The guarantee terms applicable at the time of your purchase will govern your order.

Return Process:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing our customer service at support@appleblossomfarmsny.com.
  2. Securely repack the item in its original packaging and send your return to the address provided, marked "Attention: Returns" along with your RMA number.
  3. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we advise using a traceable shipping method. Returns should be initiated within 5 days of order receipt.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 business days for processing. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. In situations where a resolution is not straightforward, both parties agree to seek mediation prior to initiating legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Consequential Damages:

  • Apple Blossom Farms' liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall Apple Blossom Farms be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Disputes arising from or in connection to Apple Blossom Farms' policies, including matters of interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, will be conclusively resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted per the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the arbitration occurring in Ulster County, New York, and conducted in English. The resulting judgment may be enforced in any competent court. Apple Blossom Farms retains the right to seek interim or preliminary judicial relief in Ulster County, New York, to protect its interests, without waiving its commitment to arbitration.

Force Majeure:

  • Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations if hindered by acts of God, civil unrest, or other conditions beyond reasonable control, excluding financial insolvency or negligence. Affected parties must notify their counterparts promptly and resume performance swiftly. Agreements may be terminated if such conditions persist beyond 60 days.

Governing Law:

                             

  • This Shipping and Returns Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ulster County, New York.
