For over 100 years and four generations, the Minard Family has been proud of our reputation as a premier apple grower in the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York State. We care about how we grow our fruit and how it is handled before it reaches your house.
In 2023, William Jr. set out to expand the family business to include Apple Blossom Farms, a direct-to-consumer delivery service to bring the best quality farm fresh fruit, and locally sourced products right to your doorstep from our farm.

Our Approach
Each grower has their own unique approach, and ours has established our farm as a leader in both wholesale and retail markets. Our specialized techniques in tree trimming, pest management, and pollination are meticulously timed to ensure our apples thrive.
Rooted in community
We rely on crop advisor scouts who visit our orchards weekly, providing valuable insights and recommendations for maintaining optimal conditions. By partnering with certified nurseries, we select rootstocks that are best suited for our region. Annual soil and leaf tests help us identify which blocks require fertilization.
